Each booster pack is designed for use with Draft and Sealed formats. To run Altered events, stores only need 4 packs per player for Draft, and 7 packs per player for Sealed.
With 1 Unique card dropping in every 8 boosters, players always have a chance to find a card that no one else has ever seen!
